EVENT PRODUCER LEAD

Contract Position available immediately
We are an established, fast-paced event and conference management company that is growing rapidly. Contract position available on our team for people who are highly organized, highly motivated and who take pride in their work.
Expected:
* a minimum of 2 years experience in the work world
* experience with administrative processes
* strong verbal and written communication aptitude
* fluent computer literacy, with a good working knowledge of Excel
* acute attention to detail
* ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks or projects successfully
* concierge style service
* ability to lead and work well within a team environment

We are looking for someone to lead our Food and Beverage Workgroup as part of our full time Event Production Team. We are an Event management and conference production company with an excellent reputation. We are looking for people who are committed to that value, with an eye for detail and a strong work ethic.

- Experience and/or training in the event industry
- Catering, conference management and/or food industry experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication aptitude
- Excellent computer knowledge skills

- A cute attention to detail and highly organized
- A genuine interest in event and conference planning
- Ability to learn quickly and want to move up the ladder
